Explore Our Exhibits in Photos
OAJ Airport (Current)
This exhibit is located at Albert J. Ellis Airport in Jacksonville, NC. This exhibit titled ‘Anchors Aweigh: Life on a Ship’ was created to celebrate the US Navy’s 249th birthday by showing what life on a ship looked like during the WWII era and later conflicts told through various artifacts. Exhibits at this location change about every 3 months.
Tun Alley Event Center (Current)
This exhibit is located on Camp Lejeune at Tun Alley Event Center. This display features personal artifacts from General Al Gray’s estate. The purpose of this exhibit is to honor General Gray being the 29th commandant (1987-1991) of the Marine Corps and the base Commanding General of Camp Lejeune from 1981 to 1984.
SNCO Academy (Current)
The Staff Noncommissioned Officers Academy is on Camp Johnson and features several walls of exhibit cases that the museum fills with artifacts and information that change throughout the year.
